trucker chi

after a long day of driving, i found myself exploring different hand motions for optimal breath and blood functions.  While i driver a small truck, i adopted a large barrel pose, keeping my arms open and wide, expressing chi, and i became much more happy and awake in my drive... large wheeled trucker stance, sitting elbows out, hands 11 & 1

  1. "empty your pockets and tell us a story" were common words amongst my dearest peers engaging with generations of maintenance. your burdens trouble your form -they contour your movements, inhibit your chi, and redirect your focus. even the threads of your cloak are warped to shape this paradigm of expression (wallet, keys, radio, water filter, etc) . __it is good to reflect on your surroundings and reestablish a sense of self.

  2. the "story:" we give can change with time, and change with reflections. For our reflections are enriched by those to whom we share, and those to which we deny, and to those environmental facts of form that resonate an existence to illustrate

  3. __Speaking of Illustrations, while images are important, words to describe the following should be just as valid. For Trucker Chi is inherently linked to keeping GI tracts inform and reduce the risk of DVTs
